Herald College Kathmandu (HCK) is a direct affiliation with University of Wolverhampton*. The objective of this partnership is to provide internationally recognised tertiary education at affordable prices. HCK offers the BA (Hons) International Business Management and B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science qualification from the University of Wolverhampton* (WLV) based on a 3+1 model, whereby HCK students would first take iAcademy’s University Foundation Certification, followed by their Diploma in Business Administration or Diploma in Computing, and then their Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or Advanced Diploma in Computing.

All of the iAcademy’s qualifications have been articulated with advanced standing into the University of Wolverhampton’s* BA (Hons) International Business Management degree and B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science qualification*. Hence, students who successfully complete iAcademy’s Advanced Diploma in Business Administration or Advanced Diploma in Computing would enter the University of Wolverhampton’s* BA (Hons) International Business Management and B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science programme in the final year of that programme*.

BA(Hons) International Business Management

Bachelor in International Business Management is the next generation business degree that prepares an aspiring business professional to compete in the global arena of the 21st century. BIBM is aimed at providing an overview of the significant issues in international business, including emerging markets, globalisation, the role of trust, managing international operations, international strategy and risk analysis and comparing markets and business environments in different countries. 

Bachelor in International Business Management is an interdisciplinary approach to global citizenship and will help you develop your own understanding of complex notions in the international business environment while helping you develop your digital literacy skills via the use of software employed by contemporary organisations. BSc. (Hons) Computer Science

Bachelor in Information Technology (B.Sc. (Hons) Computer Science) is designed to provide you with a range of practical skills and knowledge for the IT industry. You will develop technical skills, personal qualities and attributes essential for successful career in IT industry. You will study up-to-date topics including programming, iOS/Android & Web development, systems development process, database administration, etc.

The course aims to produce software developers who can seamlessly make the transition from the University to the international IT industry. Our Computer Science course offers you the flexibility to pursue areas of particular interest to you such as web, databases, application development, etc. Throughout this course you will develop and enhance your skills as a programmer and learn how to develop software that meets client needs with the opportunity to develop a piece of software as your final project. This BIT in computing course provides an excellent stepping stone to allow you to move directly into a career in computing.
